The sun has finally risen in the wizarding world. It's the dawn of a new age. Shouts of praise and thanks goes out the heroes that fought in the 'Final Battle', coming out with only their lives, and those who had lost there‘s. One hero stands taller than the rest, the Boy-Who-Lived, defeated Voldemort and sent his followers, the Death Eaters, into hiding, or what was left of them.
But what will happen next? Many have been killed, family’s had been ripped apart, and the Ministry of Magic is in utter corruption. With the elected Kingsley Shacklebolt as minister, surely the weeds will be plucked and a new Ministry will rise through the ashes. A newly devised organization, created in the wake of the post-war efforts, United Witched and Wizards (UWW), was created to restore order and peace throughout the wizarding world. Posters will be plastered around the wizarding towns and speeches will be made to it’s cause, compelling you, hopefully, to join in and help rebuild the wizarding world.
Hogwarts must be rebuilt, a new headmaster found, and order also restored once again to the ancient school. Join in the madness and confusion--help restore the wizarding world and find new friends that will help achieve greatness. Join it all at Luminosus Miraculum!

Percy finished clearing his room and with a stab at his telephone, contacted the floor FC desk clerk who handled all the calls to Fifth Floor.
"I want a general announcement made." he said and then after a pause, "Patch me through to the overheads."
"All staff shall dispose of any rubbish pertaining to taking over other countries. I plan to extend a formal apology to our international colleagues. People, we need to contact with all 5th floor employees overseas. An explanation must be sent to all nations. Our prior - previous and erroneous complaint about Harry Potter was based on the corrupt vision of one...one who is deceaced... It is not the view or belief of this Ministry, or any of us here." He could be really bossy when he wanted to.
There was a new mood to the staff. He sensed a stillness descend. You could have heard a pin drop.
"Please come to my office if you have any questions. " he stammered into his microphone.
Percy stood behind his desk. He was not the only one on the floor who was thankful that Harry Potter had been cleared. Using the Cruciatus curse, Voldemort had brought the ministry to the very edge of World War and it would take good deeds to unblacken such hearts as those that had been prepared to risk all.
Percy had a lot of work to do. He looked at his calender again wondering who would be first to visit.

The large clock on his wall ticked 5pm and Percy sighed as he serveyed the papers that had been brought to his desk that day and were still unseen. A few people had asked him knowingly if he knew where Harry Potter was, but he didn't. Except for his Dad, and a few friendly visits with his mum to catch up on family gossip, he kept to himself.
There was a strange stillness in the wizarding community like Everyone had fallen and had... The breath knocked out of them.
George still kept the shop and Percy had stopped in whenever he had business in the area. But there was a new coolness between them. Only the occasional small joke.
Percy talked about his visit with Ava. They smirked suggestively to each other, but soon became grave. Of course it hadn't been anything like that.
Percy had come on some very serious personal and professional business. There was a small box known as a 'snuffy' that was said to bring.. laughter to the dead. Some said it contained a jewel but as far a Percy could find out, no one really knew.
Percey wondered very much if his brothers had ever heard of it!
